Frequently asked questions

When and how are the sessions held?

Each batch runs 10 live sessions over 5 weeks, on Zoom, either on weekends or on weekdays — see the batch's own dates and times below. Your personal join link appears on your dashboard, and is emailed to you, an hour before each session.

What if I miss a session?

You can catch up through the video library in Practice Arena. Your certificate needs 35 hours of attendance or video watching, and your hours are shown on your batch page.

Do I get the 35-hour certificate?

Yes. Once you complete the 35 hours, you receive a certificate of completion that satisfies the PMP® education requirement. You can verify and download it from your dashboard.

Are the mock exams and Practice Arena included?

Yes. All 5 PMP® Mock Exams and Practice Arena come with the training, and you have access to them for 1 year.

Can I join after the batch has started?

No. Enrolment closes when the first session begins, so every learner can complete the full 35 hours. If you miss the deadline, write to us about the next batch.

What is your refund policy?

You can cancel for a full refund until 48 hours before the first session. Read our refund policy for the details.

Is it 5 weeks or 8 weeks?

Training itself is 5 weeks of live sessions — 35 contact hours. We call it an 8-week readiness programme because weeks 6 to 8 guide you through your PMP® application, both included mock exams, and booking your exam date, with your trainer beside you until you're certified.

Is it based on the current exam?

Yes. It follows the PMP® Examination Content Outline 2026, which applies to exams taken from July 2026.
