These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern access to and use of the Edzest website and platform (the "Platform"), operated by Edzest Education Services (OPC) Pvt. Ltd. ("Edzest", "we", "us"), a company registered in India with its registered office at SY 42, Dinne Anjaneyaswamy Temple Road, Haralur, Bengaluru – 560102. By creating an account or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms.

1. The service

Edzest provides online practice tests, performance reports, and review tools for PMP exam aspirants. Content is organized against a general syllabus/tag structure and is intended solely for self-study and exam preparation.

2. Not affiliated with PMI

"PMP" and "Project Management Professional" are registered marks of Project Management Institute, Inc. ("PMI"). Edzest is an independent exam-preparation provider and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by PMI. Use of these names is solely to describe the subject matter of our practice content.

3. Accounts

• You must provide accurate registration information and keep it current.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account and for keeping your login credentials secure.
• Accounts are personal and may not be shared or transferred.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Copy, redistribute, resell, or publicly share test content, questions, or explanations.
• Use automated tools to scrape, extract, or reproduce Platform content.
• Attempt to bypass timers, access controls, or scoring logic.
• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in a way that disrupts other users.

5. Intellectual property

All questions, explanations, reports, branding, and Platform software are the property of Edzest or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. No rights are transferred to you other than the limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use the Platform for personal exam preparation.

6. Test results and no outcome guarantee

Scores, reports, and recommendations reflect performance on Edzest practice content only. They are study aids and do not guarantee any result on the actual PMP certification exam, which is administered solely by PMI.

7. Fees

Certain tests or features may be offered on a paid basis. Where applicable, pricing, billing terms, and refund conditions will be stated at the point of purchase and form part of these Terms.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Platform for violation of these Terms or misuse of the service. You may stop using the Platform at any time.

9. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Edzest is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from use of the Platform, including exam outcomes.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these Terms.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
